- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Tried to call the branch for 2 days in a row and no one pickup the phone. I had to call the 24 hours customer service and asked them to call the branch. It took an hour until someone pickup the phone. Complaint to the Branch Manager and he said it was because they are lack of staff on duty...... the service has dropped these days in Citi, I am closing all my account there very soon and move to other customer friendlier institute.By Maerk schraffer, December 19, 2016
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I find it ridiculously stupid that this bank blocks my debit card for no reason. When I go in to check it out, they give me a replacement card and I get home and find out I can't order anything online with it. I planned on booking an international flight home this week to avoid the prices going up next week by up to $600. Aside from this, there are other tickets for a preconcert discount that I was planning on getting.
